Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Definitions
“Business Boxed Limited” or “we” or “us” or “our” refers to Business Boxed Limited.
“Customer” or “you” or “your” refers to the person or a company in whose name the account with Business Boxed Limited is held.
“Services” refers to any service offered by Business Boxed Limited, including but not limited to Service Provider or Service Seeker Registrations.
2. General
Welcome to businessboxed.net (the “Website”). There are a few rules that our visitors must follow when using our Website, so we ask all our visitors to read our Terms and Conditions carefully. This Website is brought to you by Business Boxed Limited and all rights, including copyright, in the content of the Website is owned or controlled by Business Boxed Limited. Business Boxed Limited provides access to this Website and sells its services or products to you subject to the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. 3. Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing any Business Boxed Limited services or products on the Website. By purchasing Business Boxed Limited services or products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Your Account
As a Service Seeker or a Service Provider you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Your account will become active within 24 hours of payment being recieved at our bank and remain active during the registration period (1 Year) or until we are asked to de-activate the account.
You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.
Business Boxed Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
5. Privacy

6. Our Contract
When you register to purchase a service or product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a service or product which is accepted by us when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order (the ‘Confirmation Email’). Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation Email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Business Boxed Limited when you place an order. This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the Confirmation Email.
7. Charges and Payments
Service charges are billed in advance on, or shortly after, the day of purchase and on subsequent monthly or yearly anniversaries (the Customer’s “billing date”) according to the Customer’s agreed billing frequency. The Customer authorises Business Boxed Limited to issue Invoice(s) for all Service charges, fees, taxes and any other charges as they are due. Business Boxed Limited reserves the right to charge interest on any unpaid sums at the current statutory rate prescribed in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 until payment is received by Business Boxed Limited in cleared funds.
Business Boxed Limited is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest, finance charges or other charges incurred by the Customer as a result of charges billed by Business Boxed Limited. The Customer is responsible for ensuring Business Boxed Limited has up-to-date billing and contact information for the Customer. Business Boxed Limited reserves the right to terminate or postpone Customer accounts where unpaid charges remain outstanding for a period of more than 14 days. Termination of Services by Business Boxed Limited shall not alter the Customer’s obligation to pay all charges due to Business Boxed Limited at the time of termination. Business Boxed Limited reserves the right to change fees and charges as it deems necessary. Customers will be notified in advance of any such changes to fees and charges.
8. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All fees and charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated or agreed otherwise in writing by Business Boxed Limited, 1st Floor, 35a High Street, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 7AT, United Kingdom. The Customer may cancel their Services at any time by submitting an email to customerservices@businessboxed.net. Cancellation of Services by the Customer shall not alter the Customer’s obligation to pay all charges due to Business Boxed Limited at the time of cancellation.
8a. Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a UK or EU customer, in addition to our Cancellations & Refund Policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after registration of services is complete) to cancel your order.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers.
How do I exercise my statutory right to cancel?
In order to exercise your right to cancel, please:
a) Send an email to customerservice@businessboxed.net or
b) Write to us at our address at the end of these terms making it clear in your correspondence that you are giving notice to exercise your statutory right to cancel.
Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it (provided it is sent to the correct address and it is sufficiently clear that you are exercising your right to cancel). Please try and keep the confirmation of any letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.
9. Feedback and Complaints Policy
We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please e-mail our Customer Services Team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Alternatively, call us on the number stated on the Website and say that you wish to make a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within seven (7) working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
10. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This Website is provided by Business Boxed Limited on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Business Boxed Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this Website. It is expressly agreed by you that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.
Business Boxed Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of sale ability and fitness for purpose to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Business Boxed Limited does not warrant that this Website, its servers, or e-mail by us are free of viruses or other harmful components. Business Boxed Limited will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

14. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
15. Events beyond our reasonable control
Business Boxed Limited will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to each other or be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to the Services if such failure or delay was beyond that party’s reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond either party’s reasonable control:
• Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident
• War or threat of war, terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbances or requisition
• Acts, requisitions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measure of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority
• Strikes or other industrial actions or trade disputes of a third party
17. Waiver
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold www.businessboxed.net and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against www.businessboxed.net arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
19. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any services or products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be deemed to have occurred in England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
